When will my order ship?

After the pre-order ends and the order is placed with our printer, it will take approximately 2 weeks to print. When we receive the zines, depending on the size of the pre-order, it will take anywhere between 1-3 days to ship out. Then you should receive a link to track your order [if applicable]. We use Chitchats as our shipping carrier.

We will be providing tracking for both domestic and international orders. If you have any more questions or concerns about shipping -- please feel free to reach out to us through the contact page. 

My package came damaged / I believe it is missing.

Please contact us via email on our contact page. Include your name and order number. We will email you back ASAP! Damaged items can usually be replaced if your order is missing. It might have arrived back to us! Do not worry, we will work it out together! :) 

How can I be added to the mailing list?

If you would like to be added to our emailing list, please do so through our contact page. Type the subject line as "Add to email list". We send out specially crafted emails for important updates to only our most loyal subjects. No spam. Sign up now or forever hold your peace.

BEFORE PURCHASE

• Please triple-check your address before checking out. Putting the incorrect address on your order may delay its shipping time!

 

• Please check that you are selecting the correct shipping! If you happen to choose the wrong shipping, we will reach out to you about canceling your order. 

 

• If you are choosing INTERNATIONAL shipping, please include your phone number and your email. These will be added to the international customs form just in case your post office needs to contact you upon arrival of the zine. Your information will remain private, and will not be added to our mailing list.
